Correction: Wachovia prices $200 million add on to 5.7% notes due 2013

Omaha, Nov. 15 - Wachovia Corp. priced a $200 million add on to its 5.7% senior global medium-term notes due August 2013, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

The additional notes bring the issue size to $800 million.

The notes (Aa3/AA-) priced Wednesday at 101.368 to yield 5.416%.

Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC was the bookrunner.
