Vulcan Materials calls $219 million of 6.4% notes due 2017 in full

Norfolk, Va., March 10 – Vulcan Materials Co. plans to redeem all $219 million of its 6.4% notes due 2017, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on April 9.

Regions Bank is the trustee and paying agent.

The Birmingham, Ala., company produces construction aggregates, primarily crushed stone, sand and gravel.
