Fitch rates VTB Bank bonds B+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned PJSC VTB Bank (Ukraine)'s series C UAH 300 million of senior bonds a final long-term local-currency rating of B+, a recovery rating of RR4 and a national long-term rating of AAA(ukr).

The outlook is stable.

The assignment of the final ratings follows the completion of the issuance and receipt of documents conforming to the information previously received, the agency said.

The bank's B long-term foreign-currency issuer default rating, B+ long-term local-currency issuer default rating, B short-term foreign-currency issuer default rating and AAA(ukr) national rating remain unchanged.
