Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 17 - Voz Mobile Cloud Ltd. priced a $2 million initial public offering of stock in a Form S-1 filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company will sell 10 million common shares at $0.20 apiece on a self-underwritten, best-efforts basis.
Proceeds will be used to implement a business plan and for working capital.
The emerging growth company is based in Singapore.
