Vought Aircraft to begin roadshow for $250 million eight-year notes on Thursday

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, June 18 - Vought Aircraft Industries, Inc. begins the roadshow Thursday for an offering of $250 million senior notes due 2011(B), according to a syndicate source.

The deal is expected to price late in the week of June 23, the source added.

Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs & Co. are joint bookrunners. Credit Suisse First Boston is co-manager.

The Rule 144A notes are non-callalble for four years.

The Dallas-based supplier of aerostructures will use proceeds to fund its acquisition of Aerostructures Corp., to repay Aerostructures' existing senior secured credit facilities, to prepay debt under Vought's credit facilities and for general corporate purposes.
