Brazil's Voto-Votorantim replaced as issuer of 6¾% notes due 2021

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 18 - Voto-Votorantim Ltd. has been replaced as the issuer of $750 million of 6¾% senior notes due 2021 by Companhia Brasileira de Aluminio, according to a company notice.

Brasileira de Aluminio was previously a guarantor of the notes, which were issued in April.

Both companies are subsidiaries of Votorantim Participacoes SA, a mining, metals and paper group based in Sao Paulo.
