Companhia Brasileira de Aluminio replaced as 6¾% notes due 2019 issuer

Minneapolis, July 30 - Companhia Brasileira de Aluminio has been replaced as the issuer of 6.625% senior notes due 2019 by Votorantim Industrial SA, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the trustee.

Both companies are subsidiaries of Votorantim Participacoes SA, a mining, metals and paper group based in Sao Paulo.
