Brazil’s Votorantim Cimentos sets €500 million size, seven-year tenor for notes; pricing Thursday

Atlanta, May 7 – Brazil’s Votorantim Cimentos SA set the size at €500 million and the tenor at seven years (Baa3/BBB/BBB) for its offering of notes, according to a company announcement.

Deutsche Bank, Citigroup and HSBC are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal, which is expected to price on Thursday.

Votorantim Cimentos is a cement company based in Sao Paulo.
