Votorantim shopping for underwriters for $300 million 10-year notes

New York, March 11 - Votorantim Celulose e Papel SA said it is requesting proposals for a $300 million 10-year bond deal, according to a market source.

The deal is expected to price during the second quarter.

Votorantim is a Sao Paolo, Brazil pulp and paper company.
