VoodooVox settles C$525,000 of C$7.5 million placement of debentures

Wolverton assists in selling 12% three-year debentures with warrants

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 31 - VoodooVox Inc. said it sold C$525,000 more of 12% three-year debentures in the fourth tranche of a C$7.5 million private placement. Wolverton Securities Ltd. is the agent for the deal, which raised C$1.84 million on Aug. 14, C$1 million on Sept. 20 and C$625,000 on Dec. 3.

Investors also received 3,000 three-year warrants for each C$1,000 invested. Each warrant is exercisable at C$0.02, which is identical to the Aug. 13 closing share price.

Calgary, Alta.-based VoodooVox, formerly Call Genie, provides voice-enabled mobile local search services.
