Von Hoffman to hit road Wednesday for $200 million seven-year notes

St. Louis, Mo., March 4 - Von Hoffman Corp. will begin its roadshow Wednesday for an offering of $200 million of senior notes due 2009, according to market sources.

Pricing is expected late in the week of March 11, the sources added.

The syndicate will be comprised of Credit Suisse First Boston and Scotia Capital, the sources added.

The Rule 144A notes will be non-callable for three years.

Proceeds will be used by the St. Louis printing company to repay bank debt.
