Moody’s rates VW Leasing notes A3

Moody’s Investors Service said it gave Volkswagen Leasing SA de CV’s planned Mexican peso-denominated floating-rate certificados bursatiles an A3 rating. The rating mirrors the explicit guarantee from the company's parent, Volkswagen Financial Services AG.

The issuer is expected to sell up to Ps. 2 billion with a tenor of about three years.

The outlook is stable.
