Moody’s shifts Volkswagen Bank view to stable

Moody’s Investors Service said it changed the outlooks on Volkswagen Bank, SA’s senior unsecured rating and Volkswagen Leasing SA de CV’s issuer rating to stable from negative.

The rating action follows similar actions taken on the companies’ ultimate parent Volkswagen AG on March 26, the agency said.

Moody’s also affirmed VW Bank’s and Volkswagen Leasing’s backed global and national scale long-term senior unsecured ratings A3 and Aaa.mx, respectively.
