Moody’s changes Vojenske view

Moody’s Investors Service said it affirmed the A1 issuer rating of Vojenske lesy a statky CR, sp and changed the outlook to positive from stable.

The national scale rating of Aaa.cz is unchanged.

"Today's action reflects the change of outlook to positive from stable on the A1 rating of the government of the Czech Republic, the founder and the owner of VLS,” Martin Fujerik, Moody's lead analyst for the company, said in a news release.

The agency said the A1 rating reflects the combination of the baa1 baseline credit assessment, the A1 rating of the government, Moody's assessment of a high probability of government support and moderate default dependence.
