Moody's ups Vodohospodarska vystavba

Moody's Investors Service said it raised the credit rating for Vodohospodarska vystavba to A2 from A3. The outlook is positive.

The upgrade follows Moody's rating upgrade of medium- to long-term foreign and local currency bonds and notes of the Republic of Slovakia to A2 from A3.

Moody's said the debt obligations of Vodohospodarska vystavba are fully guaranteed by the Republic of Slovakia, and the risk of default on the company's debt obligations is seen to diminish in line with the diminution of credit risk associated with sovereign debt obligations.
