Moody's may up Vodohospodarska debt

Moody's Investors Service said it placed on review for possible upgrade the A3 rating on a debt financing by the Vodohospodarska Vystavba s.p.

The debt is ultimately secured by an unconditional guarantee from the Slovak Republic.

Moody's said the ratings review has been prompted by Moody's recent decision to review the republic's A3 rating.

Vodohospodarska Vystavba s.p. is a state water resource management and development entity located in Bratislava, Slovak Republic. It is under the control of the Ministry of Land Economy of the Slovak Republic.
