New Issue: Vodafone issues $1.5 billion 4.25% notes due 2050 at 99.624

Tupelo, Miss., Sept. 17 – Vodafone Group plc priced $1.5 billion of 4.25% notes due Sept. 17, 2050 (Baa2/BBB/BBB) at 99.624 in an offering that closed Tuesday, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
BofA Securities, Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, RBC Capital Markets LLC and SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc. were the bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The telecommunications company is based in London.
