New York, Nov. 17 - Vodafone Group plc sold $500 million of 3.375% six-year senior unsecured notes on Tuesday to yield Treasuries plus 135 basis points, an informed source said.
The deal priced in line with guidance, he said.
The notes (Baa1/A-/A-) priced at 99.2 to yield 3.524%. There is a make-whole call at Treasuries plus 25 bps.
Deutsche Bank Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley ran the books.
The phone company is based in London.
