New Issue: Vodafone reopens 6.15% bonds due 2037 at Treasuries plus 156 bps to add $500 million

Omaha, Oct. 17 - Vodafone Group plc reopened its 6.15% issue of bonds due 2037 on Wednesday to add $500 million, an informed source said.

The bonds (Baa1/A-) priced at 96.968 to yield 6.379%, or Treasuries plus 156 basis points.

There is a make-whole call at Treasuries plus 25 bps.

Bookrunners were Lehman Brothers Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc.

The voice and data communication company is based in Newbury, England.
