Deal has $14.04 million greenshoe; J.P. Morgan, Piper Jaffray assist

Knoxville, Tenn., March 28 - Vocera Communications, Inc. said it priced its $80 million initial public offering of stock with a $14.04 million greenshoe. It expects its shares to trade on the NYSE exchange under the symbol "VCRA."
The company will sell 5 million common shares at $16.00 apiece.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Piper Jaffray & Co. are the joint bookrunning managers. Robert W. Baird & Co., William Blair & Co., Wells Fargo Securities and Leerink Swann are co-managers.
Based in Burlington, Mass., Demandware is an e-commerce website design software company.
