Russia's Vneshtorgbank to start roadshow Thursday for dollar-denominated 30-year bonds

New York, June 20 - Vneshtorgbank, via VTB Capital SA, will start a roadshow Thursday for a benchmark offering of dollar-denominated 30-year bonds (Baa2/BB-/BBB-), according to a market source.

The roadshow will begin in New York on Thursday and move to Boston on Friday.

Deutsche Bank is the sole bookrunner for Rule 144A/Regulation S offering.

The bonds will carry a put option at 10 years.

Vneshtorgbank, based in Moscow, is a state-run bank.
