S&P: Vnesheconombank view now developing

S&P said it revised its outlook on Vnesheconombank to developing from negative.

At the same time, S&P affirmed the BB+/B long- and short-term foreign currency issuer credit ratings and the BBB-/A-3 long- and short-term local currency issuer credit ratings.

The outlook revision reflects the recent change of the outlook on Russia to positive, together with the government's new long-term strategy for VEB, S&P said in a news release.
