St. Louis, May 11 - Norwegian technology company Vmetro priced an NOK 200 million issue of three-month Nibor plus 300 basis points three-year notes, according to information disclosed in a Thursday press release.
ABG Sundal Collier ASA was the bookrunner.
Proceeds will be used to strengthen Vmetro's financial capabilities and to finance possible acquisitions.
The company plans to list the notes on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Vmetro is an Oslo-based integrator of high-end embedded computer systems.
