Vivint gets $762 million credit facility via Goldman, BAML and Citi

By Sara Rosenberg

New York, Feb. 29 - Vivint closed on a $762 million senior credit facility, according to a news release.

Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group LP, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citibank acted as the joint lead arrangers and bookrunners, with Goldman the administrative agent.

The facility represents a $72 million increase over the company's previous financing and adds nine new lenders to the bank group.

Proceeds will be used to support the company's growth.

Vivint is a Provo, Utah-based residential security and home automation company.
