Vivendi Universal to price €1.1 billion (equivalent) five-year bullets on Wednesday, via Goldman Sachs

St. Louis, June 30 - Vivendi Universal expects to price €1.1 billion (equivalent) of senior notes due 2008 (B1/B+) on Wednesday, according to an informed source.

Goldman Sachs will be the bookrunner on the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used to refinance the credit facility.

The prospective issuer is a French entertainment company.
