S&P changes Vivendi to positive

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on Vivendi SA to positive from stable.

At the same time, the agency affirmed its BBB/A-2 long- and short-term corporate credit ratings on the group.

S&P said the outlook revision reflects its view of potential rating upside for Vivendi, following the completion of the SFR sale, despite the lack of visibility on and track record of the group's financial policy under its new top management.
