Fitch affirms Vivendi

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Vivendi SA's long-term issuer default rating and senior unsecured rating at BBB.

The outlook is stable.

The ratings continue to reflect the scale and diversity of Vivendi's business units, Fitch said.

Within the emerging markets, Vivendi has Maroc Telecom, which has grown and improved its results despite increasing competition, the agency said.
