Viva International prices $4 million convertible debentures sale

New York, March 13 - Viva International, Inc. said it arranged a $4 million private placement of 8% convertible debentures.

S.G. Martin Securities is the placement agent.

The full terms of the debentures could not be determined by press time Monday.

Proceeds will be used for equipment and aviation acquisitions.

Based in Traverse City, Mich., Viva acquires and operates aviation-related entities.

The company's stock gained $0.015 Monday to close at $0.145 (OTCBB: VIVI).
