Vitamin Shoppe calls $25 million second-priority floaters due 2012

Knoxville, Tenn., April 21 - Vitamin Shoppe, Inc.'s subsidiary, Vitamin Shoppe Industries, Inc., will redeem $25 million of its $100.11 million in second-priority senior secured floating-rate notes due 2012 at par plus interest to May 21, the redemption date, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Wilmington Trust Co. is the paying agent.
Vitamin Shoppe is a North Bergen, N.J.-based specialty retailer and direct marketer of vitamins, minerals, herbs, supplements, sports nutrition and other health and wellness products.
