Visu mulls issuing convertibles

Chicago, July 25 - Visu International Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it is considering the issue of convertibles.

The company's board will hold a meeting on Aug. 1 to discuss issuing the securities.

Securities proposed are convertible bonds and Global Depositary Receipts.

The board also plans to consider increasing the amount of authorized capital and to schedule a shareholders meeting to approve the issue and increase of authorized capital.

Visu is an educational services company based in Andhra Pradesh, India.
