New Issue: Philippines’ Vista Land sells PHP 7.7 billion seven-, 10-year bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., July 13 – Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc. said it obtained a corporate notes facility consisting of PHP 1.7 billion of seven-year notes and PHP 6 billion of 10-year notes.

The seven-year notes have a fixed coupon of 7.4913%, and the 10-year notes have a fixed coupon of 7.7803%.

Vista Land is a Mandaluyong City, Philippines-based homebuilder.
