VisionSky plans C$3 million private placement

New York, June 2 - VisionSky Corp. intends to raise up to C$3 million in a private placement.

The terms of the offering have not yet been determined.

Dundee Securities Corp. is the placement agent.

The proceeds will be used to acquire automated teller machines and ATM sites, to provide additional funds to increase the existing float for cash loading of ATM sites and to repay an existing note held by 627800 B.C. Ltd.

VisionSky, based in Calgary, Alta., owns and operates ATMs at non-financial institution locations.

On Thursday, the stock lost a penny to close at C$0.24 (CNQ: VSKY).
