Vision Industries to conduct $1 million private placement

Knoxville, Tenn., March 31 - Vision Industries Corp. plans to raise $1 million in a private placement, according to a 10-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company is preparing a private placement memorandum.

Vision Industries is based in Pacific Palisades, Calif.
