Vishay lowers conversion prices on 2040, 2041, 2042 convertibles

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 14 – Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. has adjusted the conversion price on three series of convertible debentures to reflect its latest quarterly cash dividend, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The conversion price for its 2.25% convertible senior debentures due 2040 is now $12.99, lowered from $13.04, equivalent to a conversion rate of 76.9650 shares per $1,000 principal amount of debentures.

The conversion price is now $17.80, reduced from $17.87, for its 2.25% convertible senior debentures due 2041, corresponding to a conversion rate of 56.1650 per $1,000 principal amount.

The conversion price for its 2.25% convertible senior debentures due 2042 is now $11.05, down from $11.09, equivalent to a conversion rate of 90.4924 per $1,000 of debentures.

The adjustments took effect on Sept. 14, the ex-dividend date.

Vishay is a Malvern, Pa.-based semiconductor manufacturer.
