Virginia Electric to offer 10-year senior notes via three bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., March 13 – Virginia Electric and Power Co. expects to price fixed-rate series A senior notes due 2027, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call until Dec. 15, 2026 and then a par call.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners. CastleOak Securities LP and Loop Capital Markets LLC are the co-managers.

Proceeds will be used to repay short-term debt and for general corporate purposes.

The electric utility is based in Richmond, Va.
