VIQ Solutions makes final draw on $15 million credit facility with Beedie

Chicago, Dec. 22 – VIQ Solutions Inc. drew the final $750,000 on its $15 million credit agreement from January 2023 with Beedie Investments Ltd., according to a press release.

In connection with the final draw, the company and lender agreed to a second amended agreement.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

VIQ Solutions is a Toronto-based technology company specializing in video and voice-to-text capture, providing services to law enforcement, immigration, medical, legal, insurance, courts and transcription service providers.
