Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 8 - Viper Powersports Inc. completed a private placement of units between January and October, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It raised $1.08 million.
The company sold units of two common shares and one warrant at $2.00 apiece. Each warrant is exercisable at $1.00. The strike price is a 33.33% premium to the Dec. 7 closing share price of $0.75.
Based in Minneapolis, Viper Powersports makes custom motorcycles and associated products.
