Moody’s revises Vinte Viviendas to positive

Moody's de Mexico said it changed the outlook on Vinte Viviendas Integrales, SAPI de CV's ratings to positive from stable and affirmed the B1/Baa1.mx corporate family ratings.

Moody’s said the change in outlook reflects Vinte's sustained growth and the gradual improvement in its credit metrics over the last couple of years, despite challenging operating conditions for Mexican homebuilders. Vinte's credit metrics are strong when compared to global peers, with debt/total capitalization as adjusted by Moody's of 36.6% and gross margin at 31.8%, both for the LTM ended Sept. 30.
