Fitch puts Vingroup on watch

Fitch Ratings said it placed Vingroup JSC's B+ long-term foreign- and local-currency issuer default ratings and senior unsecured rating on Rating Watch negative.

The ratings were placed on negative watch pending Vingroup's appeal against the agency's rating decision following a rating review Oct. 2, Fitch said.

The agency said the negative watch will be resolved by close of business Oct. 10.
