S&P affirms Vinci
Standard & Poor's said it affirmed its BBB+ long-term and A-2 short-term corporate credit ratings on Vinci SA.
The BBB+ long-term rating was removed from CreditWatch with negative implications, where it was placed on Aug. 25.
The outlook is stable.
In conjunction, S&P said it affirmed its BBB+/A-2 corporate credit ratings on Autoroutes du Sud de la France SA (ASF) and its A-/A-2 corporate credit ratings on Cofiroute. The outlook on ASF is stable, whereas that on Cofiroute in negative.
"The negative outlook on Cofiroute reflects uncertainties linked to the disposal by Eiffage of its stake in Cofiroute," said S&P analyst Alexandre de Lestrange.
