Russia's VimpelCom to launch $200 million note deal

New York, March 16 - Vimpel Communications to issue a $200 million offering of three- to five-year notes (B+), according to a market source.

No syndicate or timing has been determined for the Rule 144A/Registration S issue.

VimpelCom is a telecommunications company based in Moscow.
