Villa Organic exercises call option on senior bonds due 2015

Minneapolis, Sept. 13 - Villa Organic AS is exercising its call option on its senior callable bond issue 2013/2015, according to a notice from bond trustee Norsk Tillitsmann ASA.

The bonds will be repaid in full at 101 plus accrued interest on Oct. 25.

Villa Organic is a Vikebukt, Norway, fish farming company.
