New Issue: India's Vijaya Bank sells Rs 2.5 billion of tier II bonds

New York, July 26 - Vijaya Bank said it sold Rs 2.5 billion of tier II bonds to bear a coupon of 9¼%.

The private placement of the tier II debt began on July 20 and was closed on Tuesday, after receiving full subscription.

Vijaya Bank is a financial institution based in Bangalore, India.
