HoChi Minh City Investment Fund gets no bids in municipal bond auction

New York, Sept. 28 - Vietnam announced that it received no bids in a municipal bond offering of bonds issued by HoChi Minh City Investment Fund for Urban Development.

The bonds were to be due Sept. 30, 2014 and have a ceiling yield of 10½%.
