Videotron to redeem 6 7/8% senior notes due 2021 on May 1 at 103.438

Morgantown, W.Va., March 31 – Videotron Ltd. said it issued a notice of redemption for all of its outstanding 6 7/8% senior notes due July 15, 2021.

The notes will be redeemed on May 1 at 103.438 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Computershare Trust Co. of Canada is the trustee.

The telecommunications company is based in Montreal.
