New Issue: Videotron prices C$375 million notes due 2026 at par to yield 5.75%

Tupelo, Miss., Sept. 10 – Videotron Ltd. sold C$375 million of senior notes due Jan. 15, 2026 at par to yield 5.75% in a private placement offering on Thursday, according to a market source.
The notes (Ba2/BB) priced with a spread of 425.8 basis points versus the interpolated Government of Canada bond curve.
RBC Dominion Securities Inc., BofA Merrill Lynch, National Bank Financial Inc. and BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. were the lead managers.
Videtron is a Montreal-based telecommunications company and subsidiary of Quebecor Media Inc.
