Videotron set to redeem C$380 million of 9 1/8% senior notes due 2018

Minneapolis, June 6 - Videotron Ltd. plans to redeem C$380 million of its 9 1/8% senior notes due April 15, 2018, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 104.563 plus accrued interest on July 2.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

Videotron is the cable, internet and mobile phone subsidiary of Quebecor Media Inc.
