Proceeds will fund marijuana production facility in Stellarton, N.S.

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 7 - Vida Cannabis Corp. said it completed a $1 million private placement of stock.
The company sold 6,666,666 common shares at $0.15 each.
Proceeds will be used to advance subsidiary Vida Cannabis (Canada) Ltd.'s plans to develop a large-scale, licensed, pharmaceutical-grade marijuana production facility in Stellarton, N.S.
Vida Cannabis is based in Toronto. The private company is focused on developing a dominant production footprint in the global marketplace for the legal use of medicinal and recreational marijuana.
