Moody's: Viasystems notes B2

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed Viasystems, Inc.'s B2 corporate family, probability of default and senior secured notes due 2015.

Moody's also assigned a B2 rating to the proposed $550 million senior secured notes.

The outlook is positive.

The proposed notes will refinance the 2015 notes and fund the acquisition of DDi Corp. for $282 million in cash, Moody's said.
