Viacom set to price notes in 10-, 30-year maturities on Monday

New York, March 11 - Viacom Inc. is pricing notes (Baa1/BBB+/BBB+) in two maturities on Monday, a market source said.

The offering includes 10-year notes and 30-year bonds.

Bookrunners are BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Goldman Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.

Viacom last tapped the U.S. bond market with a $250 million sale of 4.375% 30-year bonds priced at 178 basis points over Treasuries on Nov. 16, 2012.

The entertainment company is based in New York City.
